ExtensionsMC-SET Energy-time resolved
The following are preliminary results obtained by varying the electron energy at which the simulation is stopped. This should be equivalent to the picture of the electron beam energy deposition in the time domain (?).
The following image show the result of running the simulation at 20 kV beam voltage for a bulk Silicon specimen..
The output file format page shows the data file (in microsoft excel) produced by the MC-SET simulation program, from which the graphs shown were produced. It also gives more details about the other simulation inputs and outputs.
